On 29 December 2023, Yakkyo, an Italian publisher of software for dropshipping and wholesale, carried on a a just listing IPO on Milan EGM-Pro market available to institutional investors (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Yakkyo’s priced its shares at 1,37 euros and retained as advisors Integrae SIM, Hybris Corporate Finance, IPOCoach, RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile, RSM Italy Corporate Finance, LS Lexjus Sinacta, Studio Tumolo, and IRTOP Consulting.
In 2023, Italian crowdfunding platforms raised equity for 57.7 million euros for 131 campaigns (72.2 million for 141 campaigns in 2022 and 90.1 million for 170 campaigns in 2021), the preliminary data of CrowdfundingBuzz say (see here a previous post by BeBeez). OpStart, Demetra Lending and 2meet2biz (Migliora) received the authorization to operate in Europe.
