The European Investment Fund (EIF) and FNAS (a vehicle of CDP) signed an agreement for investing 300 million euros in social and inclusive housing (see here a previous post by BeBeez). EIF and FNAS will invest in funds for Social, Student and Senior housing. Gelsomina Vigliotti is the chairwoman of EIF and the vice chairwoman of the European Investment Bank (EIB). Dario Scannapieco is the ceo and coo of CDP.
Arcimboldo (65% Kryalos and 35% Blackstone) acquired Milan-based 41775 sqms office district Bicocca Village (60 tenants) with the advisory support of CBRE (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Paolo Bottelli is the founder and ceo of Kryalos.
Italian real estate manager Castello (Anima Holding 80% and Oaktree Global Management 20%), will build Le Géant Courmayeur Homesuite, the first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy in Italy (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Sources said to BeBeez that Castello will carry on the transaction through Italian Development Fund II for building premium Service Apartments that Marriott International will manage, and Dills will sell. The apartments will be ready by 1H25.
Talent Garden, an Italian scaleup for co-working and digital academy services, sold a 5% stake to Dutch The Social Hub (fka The Student Hotel) with which signed a partnership for creating an edtech platform (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Talent Garden will supply its training services in the European assets of The Social Hub which retained Equita as financial advisor.
