City Green Light, a publich lighting company and provider of smart city services of which Fondo Italiano per l’Efficienza Energetica (FIEE), Marguerite and The European Investment Bank (EIB) own a stake, received a 7-years financing facility of 197 million euros from Intesa Sanpaolo, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, UniCredit, BNL BNP Paribas, and Sparkasse – Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano (see here a previous post by BeBeez). SACE provided a warranty for 96 million. City Green Light will invest the proceeds in its organic growth and M&A. Vitale&Co, PwC Strategy, SINLOC, and Ashurst assisted the company. The lenders retained Legance. City Green Light received a 55 million green loan from UBI Banca, Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano, and Mps Capital Services in 2020. Alessandro Visentin is the ceo of the company that in 2018 attracted a 58 million investment of FIEE and of 40 million from Marguerite.
RSI, the owner of the concession for the skilifts of Colere Ski Area 2200 (Bergamo area), received a 17-years financing facility of 6 million euros from Istituto per il Credito Sportivo, Finlombarda (4.5 million) and Banca Sella (see here a previous post by BeBeez). RSI will invest such proceeds in maintenance. RSI acquired Colere Ski Area 2200 from Sirpa, a troubled company, in 2021 for 2.5 million. Massimiliano Belingheri, the ceo of Banca Farmafactoring, invested in the business. RSI has sales of 0.688 million, an ebitda of minus 0.353 million, a net debt of 0.85 million, and equity of 7.1 million. Silvio Rossi is the company’s ceo.
Risposta Serramenti, an Italian producer of PVC windows, issued a 6-years minibond of 3.2 million euros to invest in the construction of a production plant (see here a previous post by BeBeez). UniCredit subscribed to the issuance that received the warranty of Fondo di garanzia di Mediocredito Centrale. Risposta Serramenti will also invest part of the proceeds in the construction of a photovoltaic plant. The company has sales of 20 million, an ebitda of 1.5 million and a net debt of 5.3 million. Marco Rossi is the owner and chairman of Risposta Serramenti.
ICR Industrie Cosmetiche Riunite received from Banco BPM a financing facility of 1.8 million euros with the green warranty of SACE (see here a previous post by BeBeez). ICR will invest such proceeds in the construction of a photovoltaic plant. The company belongs to Roberto Martone (90%), Marzia Letizia Cantone (8%) and to ICR itself (2%). The business generated sales of 52.6 million, an ebitda of 1 million, net debt of 17.6 million, and equity of 71.1 million.
