Patrizia ag, a German real estate investor also active as a smart city enabler, has acquired Ottima, an Italian manufacturer of intelligent street lighting systems, through its Patrizia Infrastructure division (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The investment, which includes an initial acquisition payment and planned growth investments, marks the European debut for Patrizia’s flagship Smart City Infrastructure fund. With the transaction, the fund reaches €1.1 billion in assets under management.
Key Capital acquired 53.33% of Crowd2be, a real estate fintech crowdlending platform for real estate green refurbishment and services (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Crowd2be’s founder Fabio Bottari kept 31.67% of the business, while Michele Bonaventura, Sergio Barbonetti and Alfredo Camalò now own 5% each. BeBeez previously reported that Key Capital was close to acquire a lending and a factoring platform. Â
 Emanuele Bellani replaced Alessandro Pasquarelli as the ceo of YARD REAAS, a real estate consultancy firm (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Bellani previously acted as coo of the company. Pasquarelli will now act as vicechairman in charge of M&A and international development.
