After having sold Lycia, a vintage brand in beauty and healthcare sector in italy, to Sodalis group last October (see here a previous post by BeBeez), Investindustrial private equity group is preparing sale of another iconic brand in Artsana group portfolio, that is Pic Solutions, a brand which includes hypodermic syringes and other wellknown health products, Il Sole 24 Ore wrote telling about rumors referred by Mergermarket and adding that Lazard is the mandated advisor for the sale.
Artsana is a leading group in mums and babies products and is controlled by Investindustrial with a 60% stake (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Pic Solution brand generates about 136 million euros in revenues with a 40 millions ebitda andis said to be valued about 500 million euros.
