Rumors are that it’s almost a done deal between Uk private equity house Permira and Italian fashion brand Roberto Cavalli.
Last news are that Permira might buy a 60% stake in the company, while Mr. Roberto Cavalli should retain a 40% and the creative direction of the group.
As far as BeBeez is concerned, Permira is not a unique counterpart of Cavalli yet. The brand is actually dealing with another private equity fund. Rumors are that it ia US mid market fund at its first potential deal in Italy.
