Freshfields advised the company that raised a total of 35 million since Marco di Biase and Davide di Biase founded it in 2025. CP-DL Capolino-Perlingieri & Leone assisted the investor. Trifoglio will invest such proceeds in M&A and organic growth.
Subbyx, an Italian startup for subscriptions to technology products and small electrical appliances, attracted 30 million euros from Systemiq Capital, Flashpoint (debt), Azimut Venture Capital Digitech Europe – FNDX (an advisory company of Fabio Nalucci) for a total of 50 million in since ceo Filippo Rocca co-founded (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such proceeds in its expansion in Sweden and other foreign markets. Italian foodtech Foreverland secured a 6 million euros round for a total of 9.4 million since Massimo Sabatini (ceo) co-founded it (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest in its international expansion and hiring sales managers the resources that attracted from Kost Capital, Maia Ventures, CDP Venture Capital, Linfa, a vehicle that Riello Investimenti manages, and Newtree Impact. Alessandro Scortecci is the direct investments director of CDP Venture Capital. Marco Gaiani is Linfa’s founding partner while Andrea Galassi is the founding partner of Maia Ventures.
Dronus, an Italian developer of remotely piloted aircraft systems for security, inspection and monitoring, that ceo Marco Ballerini founded in 2018, attracted 4 million euros from Algebris Investments, the firm that Davide Serra heads, and 11 million VC Azimut Eltif Venture Capital ALIcrowd, CDP Venture Capital, Simest – F.394/81, and ENI Next, the corporate venture capital of Milan-listed ENI (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such resources in its proprietary technology and organic growth. In 2018, Dronus attracted the investment of Alchimia, a firm of Paolo Barletta and Nicola Bulgari.
