LonRes has launched a messaging service for its subscribers.
The service, Network Messenger, allows agents to communicate directly with other users, including creating groups and sending messages about properties or client requirements. It also supports attachments such as links and PDFs.
Network Messenger is currently available on desktop, with a mobile version in development.
Chris Welch, sales director at LonRes, said: “LonRes has some 5,000 registered users, and Network Messenger harnesses the power of arguably one of the largest central London property networks. Essentially the service puts the agent in control – they decide how much information they want to share with who. Subscribers must meet strict qualification criteria in order to join LonRes and be AML compliant too. This means that agents using Network Messenger are doing so safe in the knowledge that they’re operating in what is already a trusted environment.”
He added: “Network Messenger works for all LonRes subscribers, be they based in prime London or further afield. It can facilitate moves within the capital, from London to the country or the country to London and in the future overseas too.”
