Finafarm, a financial services firm for drugstores, carried on a 24 months revolving period securitization for a 49 million euros worth portfolio of credits with the support of Banca Valsabbina (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Banca Finint created the spv that will issue senior and junior asset-backed notes for a total of 88.5 million of which Banca Valsabbina will subscribe for up to 60 million. A&O Shearman acted as transaction counsel. Gianni Paris is the ceo of Finafarm. Hermes Bianchetti is the deputy coo of Banca Valsabbina. Andion CH4 Renewables, a portfolio company of Equitix Next Generation Fund, received a project financing facility of 24 million euros from BNL and Mediocredito Centrale (see here a previous post by BeBeez). In December 2025, Rattix, an italian online platform for the sale of cars and bikes, issued a 1.5 million euros 5-year minibond with Euribor – linked quarterly coupons (see here a previous post by BeBeez). UniCredit advised the company for the placement with institutional investors while MCC provided a warranty for 80% of the issuance. Clessidra Private Debt II (CPD II) said it attracted commitments worth above 100 million euros from the European Investment Fund (EIF – cornerstone investor with 20 million) and further institutional players (see here a previous post by BeBeez).
