Club del Sole acquired Garda Lake’s resort Le Palme Lazise Family Collection from the Olivieri Family which received support from Mediolanum Investment Banking (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Club del Sole belongs to CDS Holding (29%) and TEC-The Equity Club (30.21%), a club deal platform that Mediobanca, Filippo Penatti and Roberto Ferraresi launched. Francesco Giondi is the ceo of Club del Sole which also belongs to Aurora Growth Capital, Massimo Giondi, and Riccardo Giondi. Italian law firm BonelliErede hired Project Value RE for renting the prime historical building in Milan’s Via Michele Barozzi 1 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Alberto Girino is a founding partner of Project Value RE.
Sources said to BeBeez that Gardant Investor, part of doValue, raised above one billion euros for MiRo, a vehicle for private and NPEs investments (see here a previous post by BeBeez). MiRo will focus on private debt instruments with underlaying real estate assets.
