Hamptons duo join F&P Agency as managing partners

F&P Agency has appointed Gary Hammond and Giles Davidson as managing partners, expanding its regional coverage across the Chiltern Hills and Marlow.
Built around a partner-led model that allows experienced agents to operate independently without traditional high-street overheads, the business has brought Hammond in to lead the Chiltern Hills region, while Davidson will oversee Marlow and surrounding areas.

Hammond joins from Hamptons, where he spent 30 years and most recently served as associate director for prime country sales. Davidson also joins from Hamptons, bringing 27 years’ experience in estate agency, including 14 years with the firm as an associate director.

Ex-Savills director joins Moveli

Carole Bratt, who has held senior roles at Knight Frank and Savills, has joined Moveli.
Bratt brings more than 30 years of experience in the property sector. She was previously head of lettings at Savills, Harpenden, following over 16 years in the firm’s residential division. Before that, she served as head of lettings at Knight Frank in Hampstead.
Moveli’s co-founder Ben Littlewood said: “Carole’s experience adds further strength to our network of highly experienced agents. Moveli is focused on shaping the future of upper-market estate agency in the UK as the sector continues its transition to a broker-led model.”
Lovell appoints new senior land and partnerships manager

Samantha Curtis has been appointed new senior land and partnerships manager at Lovell in the North East.
Curtis, who most recently worked as a development manager at Homes England brings experience from a range of planning and development roles in the North East, including at Lambert Smith Hampton.
Her new position encompasses identifying opportunities and managing the existing pipeline, working with joint venture partners and Registered Providers (RPs) of social housing to deliver partnership projects.
Curtis said: “I will be exploring new land opportunities and managing the existing pipeline of developments working with our internal technical team and consultants to design quality schemes, manage the planning process and negotiate land deals.”
“My goal is to continue with the momentum already built by the North East Land and Partnerships Team at Lovell and forge new partnerships through my industry connections,” she added.
