Valor Real Estate Partners acquired from Nuveen a Cerro Maggiore logistic asset (Milan area) through a 20 million euros off-market deal that an Italian REIF that Colliers Global Investors Italy manages (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Matthew Ganas is the senior vicepresident of Valor Real Estate Partners which aims to invest up to 100 million in Italy while it retained DILS and Gruppo RYZE for such a deal.
Palazzo Garibaldi Trapani, a real estate investor of Marsala (Sicily), received a 3.7 million euros green mortgage from UniCredit for converting the former office of Banca d’Italia in Trapani’s Piazza Scarlatti in a luxury hotel that Oriana Homèl will manage (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Ruggiero Falcone is the ceo of Palazzo Garibaldi Trapani, a firm that also belongs to Antonio Lanfranca and Antonino Campaniolo. Salvatore Malandrino is Unicredit’s Sicily manager. Pasquale d’Esposito, Domenico D’Oriano and Emilio Marco Fogliamanzillo own Oriana Homèl.
Fabrizio Di Amato, the founder and chairman of Milan-listed contractor Maire, and minority investor Giuseppe Ambrosi (20%) launched Le Graal, a luxury leisure and hospitality group that in 2026 will open five-stars hotel Le Graal Cortina, a private members club in Rome and a Relais & Spa in Garda Lake area (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Achille Salvagni will design Le Graal Cortina. The Rome’s private members club will be in Palazzo Medici Clarelli, Via Giulia. Claudio Ceccherelli is the ceo of Le Graal.
RYZE (fka Yard Reaas), a portfolio company of AnaCap, acquired French competitor Solia Paref, a provider of property management services (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Emanuele Bellani (ceo), Paolo Datti (deputy chairman – head of M&A) and Paolo Perrella lead RYZE which retained KPMG and Orrick. Antoine Castro is the coo of Solia Paref which hired Racine. In 4Q25 and 1Q26, Coima borrowed one billion euros for financing its recent acquisitions of real estate assets (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Above 50% of such facilities are green or Sustainability-linked loans. The list of lenders includes BayernLB, Caixa Bank, Unicredit, Crédit Agricole, ING, BCC Milano, and Caixa Bank.
