Alto has analysed real usage data from its Alto Marketplace to identify the UK’s most-used PropTech tools for 2026, based on the day-to-day workflows of estate and letting agents.
The ranking, drawn from thousands of live workflows, highlights the tools agents rely on most to win instructions, stay compliant, reduce administrative tasks, and keep sales and lettings moving.
The UK’s most-used PropTech tools for 2026, based on usage data from the Alto Marketplace, show which platforms estate and letting agents use regularly. At the top of the ranking is GetAgent Exchange, which manages out-of-area leads. Goodlord provides a full pre-tenancy workflow in a single platform, and Alto Prospecting powered by Sprift offers targeted data for securing instructions.
Inventory Base provides property reporting software for compliance, while HomeLet offers an end-to-end tenancy management platform. PropertyBox supports property marketing with AI features, and Bridge AI manages enquiries, qualifications, bookings, and other front-office tasks.
SmartSearch handles AML and KYC compliance, assisting onboarding for sales and lettings. Fixflo automates repair reporting and maintenance with AI triage and an on-demand contractor marketplace, and Homebox manages automatic utility switching at move-in and move-out.
The ranking is based entirely on live usage data from the Alto Marketplace, giving a clear overview of the tools that UK agents use in their daily operations.
Alto has also identified the PropTech tools most used by agents for specific aspects of day-to-day work. Alto Prospecting powered by Sprift is used for winning new instructions, SmartSearch for AML and KYC compliance in sales and lettings, Goodlord for tenant onboarding, PropertyBox for property marketing, and HomeLet for tenant referencing and rent guarantee.
