Civitavecchia Court rejected the bankruptcy appeal that the administrators Blue Panorama Airlines (BPA), a company of Uvet, filed against NYSE-listed Carlyle (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The liquidators of BPA, in receivership since 15 December 2022, asked to stop the leasing payments to Carlyle.
Sources said to BeBeez that LMV, an Italian contractor, completed in advance the receivership that the Court accepted in 2019 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Francesco Porcaro assisted LMV whose current orders book is worth in the region of 200 million euros.
