Fintech company Revolut has started rolling out mobile services in the UK.

Although general access to the service is available from next month, the company has rolled the service out to its Revolut Mobile waitlist customers.

Revolut first unveiled plans to launch MVNO services in the UK and Europe in late April.

A mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) is a mobile network carrier that offers services without owning its network infrastructure.

The company will be aiming to tap into its UK customer base, which currently sits at 12 million customers.

Revolut’s mobile offering is powered by Gigs, a company that describes itself as the operating system for mobile services.

Customers who sign up for the service before March 30, 2026, can get a plan for £12.50 ($16.66) per month. The plan includes unlimited 5G data, calls, and texts at home, plus a 20GB roaming allowance across Europe and the US.

We’re bringing true innovation with features such as multiple numbers & global messaging, while removing any hassle or hidden fees from the process,” said Hadi Nasrallah, general manager, telco at Revolut.

Revolut previously started to offer eSIMs for its customers last year to support users traveling abroad. The company claims that customers have since created millions of data plans that have been used in more than 100 locations worldwide, while eSIM is now Revolut’s number one non-banking product in terms of usage.
