Loc8me has expanded its operations in Exeter, strengthening its footprint in one of the South West’s key university cities.
Exeter now becomes the student lettings agency’s most southern managed region, complementing its existing national coverage. With Newcastle remaining its most northern location, the 367-mile distance between the two illustrates the geographic reach of the company’s portfolio.
The expansion is the latest step in loc8me’s growth strategy. The Exeter region will be managed from the firm’s Bristol office, adding to more than 2,500 managed properties and accommodation for over 8,000 students across the UK.
The move is expected to create new roles in lettings, property management and compliance, boosting capacity within the Exeter student housing market.
Raffaele Russo, founder of loc8me, said: “Exeter has a thriving student community and a real appetite for choice and quality.
“This is a city where students expect more from their homes, and expanding into Exeter allows us to deliver exactly that.”
He continued: “As demand for high-quality student homes continues to rise, we’re committed to raising standards and providing properties that students genuinely love to live in.”
“This latest expansion shows how much potential there still is to improve student housing in the UK,” Raffaele added.
“We’ve built our growth on trust, consistency, and innovation, and we’re not slowing down. Exeter is the next step in that journey, and we’re excited to get started.”
