A stolen van slammed into an estate agency branch in Liverpool before the driver fled moments later.
Police were called to Smithdown Road in Wavertree at around 9.20pm on Wednesday, November 26, after reports that a white Transit van had reversed into the front of Property Link estate agents.
Photos from the scene show the van lodged in the building’s doorway, its driver’s door left hanging open. Officers said the suspect ran off in the direction of Liverpool city centre.
No injuries were reported, and a structural engineer was called to assess the building, according to a Merseyside Police spokesperson. Motorists were advised to avoid the area while emergency services dealt with the scene.
