Amsterdam-listed Czech real estate firm CTP Partners (fka CTPark) paid 241 million euros for acquiring the Valtidone Logistic Development (VLD) from FBH Group (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The buyer will rebrand the target as CTP Italy, a subsidiary that Agostino Emanuele will head. CTP retained EY-Parthenon, EY Studio Legale Tributario and White & Case. Remon Vos is the ceo of CTP and since 2019 he owns 73.06% of the firm that aims to invest up to one billion in Italy in the next five years.
Sources said to BeBeez that Hepp 1 Italy A, a vehicle of Colliers Global Investors Italy that Hines subscribed, acquired from Kryalos a portfolio of logistic assets worth in the region of 170 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The 73000 sqms targets are based in Piacenza area. The buyer completed the transaction through a combined contribution and sale operation, in line with the fund’s strategy of increasing its exposure to high-quality logistics properties with top-tier tenants and key locations for national distribution. Gruppo Filcasa, a firm of the Paletti Family, sold Milan area’s 11000 sqms Cinisello Shopping Center to ITAY Properties, an Italian-Israeli investor for which Mario Cafasso acts as ceo (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Mirko Paletti is the chairman of Filcasa which retained Colliers Italia whose head of of Mid Cap & Reg. Markets is Marco Borzacchiello. Lidl, Decathlon, Tigotà, Burger King, and Conte’ are the five (out of 9) anchor tenants of the asset.
Arrow Global’s Sagitta acquired Sicily’s 500 hectares Donnafugata Golf Resort & SPA, a company bankrupted in 2018, and will manage it in partnership with Mangia’s (see here a previous post by BeBeez). In April 2025, SPV Project 1804 acquired from SC Lowy the target’s distressed liabilities that Unicredit Banca d’Impresa, MPS Banca per l’Impresa and MPS Capital Service Banca per le Imprese previously provided. Donato Piscuoglio heads the real estate unit of Arrow Global Italia while Claudio Nardone is the ceo of Sagitta.
