Savills strengthens rural team with director appointment

Savills Peterborough has appointed Judy Holmes as director in its Estate Management team.
Judy, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), joins the office with over 16 years of experience in the rural sector.
Her expertise covers residential, agricultural, and commercial property, including strategic land management, valuation for tax and litigation, and advice on compulsory purchase and compensation. She has also worked on multi-landowner renewable energy projects, balancing landowner interests with long-term development considerations.

Peter McCosh joins Harding Green as partner

Peter McCosh has joined Harding Green in London as a partner.
McCosh, who has 12 years of experience, was most recently held the position of head of department at Savills in Battersea.
He said: I look look forward to bringing my South West London market knowledge and years of experience to the team. My focus is on delivering a truly personal and creative approach for every client, ensuring the best possible results.”

Landmark Appoints Group Business Development and Relationships Director

Landmark Information Group has appointed Nick Dyoss to the newly created role of group business development and relationships director.
Dyoss will now act as a business owner and ambassador for Landmark’s strategic initiatives, including LandmarkConnect and Project 28. He brings nearly three decades of experience, having worked across a range of market-focused roles.
