Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the initial purchasers on an offering by CEME S.p.A. (CEME) of €75 million Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2031, which are a fungible add-on to its existing €360 million floating rate notes due 2031.
CEME is a portfolio company of Investindustrial, a global leader in the production of vibration pumps and solenoid valves.
