Tabitha Al-Mahdawie joins White & Case as a partner in London

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Employment, Compensation & Benefits Practice with the addition of Tabitha Al-Mahdawie as a partner in London.

Tabitha specialises in employment law, advising a range of clients including major corporates, hedge funds and private equity firms. She works across all aspects of employment law, from complex corporate transactions, employee reorganisations and large-scale redundancies to contentious matters such as restrictive covenant disputes and employment tribunal claims. Tabitha also focuses on employee data privacy, including data breaches, data subject rights and employee monitoring. She joins White & Case from Macfarlanes, where she was senior counsel, and brings more than ten years of experience.
