Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Clubessential Holdings, a portfolio company of international private equity investors Battery Ventures and Silver Lake Partners, on the sale of The Assistant Company (TAC), a leading provider of software solutions for hotel spas, pools and fitness clubs to LEA Partners (LEA), a strategic growth partner for B2B SaaS companies in the DACH region.
White & Case previously advised Clubessential Holdings on its acquisition of TAC in 2022 and regularly advises Battery Ventures on its European transactions.
Austria-headquartered TAC supports more than 1,200 customers worldwide with its modular all-in-one platform, which covers the full spectrum of software needs for wellness operators, including reservation and resource planning, membership management, access control, POS and payment processing.
