London’s AI Score, a new intelligence platform that empowers organisations to harness AI safely, today announced that it has emerged from stealth with over €864k ($1 million) in pre-Seed funding.
The company, which was built in the GALLOS Technologies venture studio, has created a centralised AI governance and management platform that provides real-time visibility and intelligent control across how companies use AI.
Alex Harland, co-founder and CEO of AI Score, said: “We stand at the precipice of a new age where an organisation’s very existence will depend on how successfully it can innovate with AI. For leaders, their ability to navigate the intersection of safety, security, and innovation will determine whether their organisations thrive or fall behind.”
AI Score’s emergence with pre-Seed round reflects growing investor focus on platforms that help enterprises govern and manage AI responsibly. Across Europe in 2025, similar funding rounds show how governance and observability are becoming central to enterprise AI strategy.
In Switzerland, Qala AG raised €1.7 million to strengthen data governance in the AI era, while Lithuania’s nexos.ai secured €30 million in Series A funding to expand its AI observability and governance platform.
In adjacent sectors, Spain’s iPNOTE raised €857k to scale its AI-powered legal compliance tools.
Together, these rounds illustrate a broader European trend towards responsible AI infrastructure, positioning London-based AI Score as part of an emerging network of startups building the backbone for AI adoption.
“The traditional way of doing governance simply isn’t enough. That’s why, at AI Score, we’re reinventing governance for the AI Age. We power leaders and organisations with the intelligence and precision they need to drive AI innovation – doing it securely, responsibly, and with maximum impact,” added Harland.
Founded in 2025, AI Score is a leading intelligence platform that empowers organisations to harness AI safely and strategically. By unifying visibility, governance, and performance insights across the enterprise, it reportedly provides real-time intelligence insight into how AI is used, where it creates value, and where it creates risk – enabling faster, safer, and more accountable AI at scale.
According to a poll by GALLOS, 70% of Chief Security and Risk Officers say that securing and governing AI systems is now a top priority.
Josh Burch, co-founder and Managing Partner at GALLOS Technologies, and member of the AI Score Advisory Board, said: “We’ve seen, through our experience in intelligence and business, the dangers as well as the opportunities inherent in how organisations use AI. Large parts of the corporate world haven’t yet absorbed the risks they’re running. We’re really proud of what the AI Score team has achieved so far, and how they’ve grown already.”
AI Score provides a single intelligent control layer across the AI landscape – turning fragmented oversight into an adaptive, secure, and measurable system of record for AI. It integrates visibility, compliance, performance analytics, and risk management into one platform built for the scale and speed of AI.
With 80% of Chief Security and Risk Officers also reporting difficulties observing and governing AI use across their organisation, AI Score aims to help to solve a critical issue for businesses.
AI Score is already working with several enterprises across financial services, legal, and consumer sectors, including a magic-circle law firm, a consumer brand, and an AI-enabled FinTech company.
As the company continues to grow, they will be looking to expand their products to more sectors, to provide enterprises with visibility, insight and control.
“Co-founders Alex Harland and Benita Tibb have built a product that will transform the way companies look at their AI governance, by allowing them to view their governance and performance analytics in one space. With the full backing of the GALLOS team and advisory board, we look forward to helping AI Score continue to grow,” added Burch.
