Beresfords has raised £52,808 for the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT) at its 2025 property dinner and auction, held in September at the Pan Pacific Hotel London.
More than 300 guests from the property industry and regional business community attended the annual event, now in its sixth year.
The evening included a drinks reception, three-course dinner, an auction, and a luxury raffle, with all proceeds donated to EHAAT.
Attendees heard from patient George Peasgood and Dr Gareth Grier, EHAAT’s Centre for Excellence Associate Medical Director, about the care Peasgood received following a serious head injury.
EHAAT provides a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) across Essex, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas. The service receives limited government funding and relies on charitable donations to operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Each critical care team consists of a pilot, co-pilot, pre-hospital care doctor, and critical care paramedic.
Beresfords has supported EHAAT for several years, raising more than £152,000 for the charity to date.
Paul Beresford, CEO of Beresfords, said: “We are absolutely overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone who attended and supported this year’s event. Moving the dinner to London was a bold step, but it paid off in every sense – not only did we raise a record-breaking total, but we also welcomed more partners, supporters and guests than ever before.
“A huge thank you to Rightmove for their invaluable headline sponsorship, and to everyone who donated, bid and took part. Every penny raised will go to the frontline – saving lives and making a difference in our beloved local communities.”

Mark Jarman-Howe, CEO of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, commented: “This incredible total is a testament to the generosity and community spirit that defines Beresfords and their partners. We’re so thankful to everyone who attended, donated and bid on the night, your support helps ensure our teams can continue delivering life-saving care, day and night, across Essex and Hertfordshire.
“Beresfords have been long-standing champions of our charity, and we’re truly humbled by their ongoing commitment.”
George Peasgood, EHAAT patient & Paralympian, added: “Being invited to attend the recent Beresford Property Dinner and seeing so many people come together to support Essex & Herts Air Ambulance means the world to me.
“Without this incredible charity, I simply wouldn’t be here today. To know that over £52,000 has been raised is absolutely amazing – it’s not just money, it’s lifesaving support for future patients like me.”
