eXp’s UK operation has been named the company’s most successful market outside of North America at the global real estate group’s annual eXpCon conference in Miami.
The four-day event, held last week, brought together more than 4,500 estate agents from 27 countries, featuring business updates, training sessions, and international networking.
During his keynote address, Felix Bravo, managing director of eXp International, highlighted the UK as the company’s strongest-performing territory globally outside of its core North American base. He credited Adam Day, head of eXp UK and Europe, for leading the division’s growth in both agent recruitment and revenue.
Day now oversees operations across 15 countries, including newly announced markets Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Romania.
At the conference, eXp announced several new initiatives, including eXp Sports and Entertainment, a division within eXp Luxury, an AI-powered assistant app to support agent productivity, and eXp Hub, a proprietary communications platform built to replace Meta’s Workplace system.
Among the UK delegation attending eXpCon were several of the company’s top-performing agents, including Sam Cerrone, Tony Ruby, Georgina Hambly, Darren Becket, James Hughes, Rachel Bedford, Mark Bevan, Joe Rylett, Adam Mackay, Jonathan Woods, Craig Stephens, Samantha Sullivan, Hafsa Meho, and Adam Day.
Day commented: “Each year, eXpCon gets bigger and better with more attendees from around the world, more inspiring speakers, and an ever-growing lineup of innovative supplier exhibitors. It’s a festival of property talent that culminates in a closing party celebrating the success of this incredible business.
“This year’s event was made even more special as the UK was recognised as eXp’s most successful territory outside of North America, and the biggest estate agency brand in Britain.
“Above all, this annual event provides our agents with the opportunity to network, learn, collaborate, and mix with the best in the business as inspiration for their future success.”
