Auctioneer Auction House has established a presence in Northern Ireland, giving it coverage across the entire UK.
The auctioneer officially opened its Northern Ireland operations this month. The expansion allows Auction House to provide appraisal and disposal services across the UK.
Northern Ireland’s property auction market offers plenty of scope for growth. According to the Essential Information Group (EIG), £10.8m worth of property has been sold by auction in Northern Ireland since January 2025.
The number of properties entered into auction is also increasing. EIG data shows 247 properties were entered in 2024, while 305 have been entered so far this year.
Auction House Northern Ireland is working in partnership with Reeds Rains Northern Ireland to provide appraisal services for both single properties and portfolios.
Oliver Prior, national commercial director for Auction House, said: “This expansion builds on the continued growth of the business as a national auctioneer with local knowledge.
“By leveraging our regional presence, we will harness our deep-rooted local knowledge to provide best advice, and capitalise on our established local and national buyer networks to deliver highly competitive bidding environments and the best results for our clients.”
