White & Case advises banks on ASTM’s €500 million sustainability-linked bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Banca Akros, BNP Paribas, CaixaBank, Crédit Agricole CIB, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, J.P. Morgan, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley, Santander, Société Générale, UBS and UniCredit, as joint bookrunners, on the issuance by ASTM S.p.A. (ASTM) of €500 million senior unsecured non-convertible notes due 2031.

The notes have been issued under ASTM’s €5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme and listed on Euronext Dublin. The transaction is part of ASTM’s strategy to optimise debt management and maturities to strengthen its financial structure and flexibility.

ASTM specializes in motorway network management and the design and construction of large scale infrastructure projects.
