Chestertons bolsters super prime lettings team with two senior appointments

Jamie Rose-Walker

Chestertons has strengthened its super prime lettings department with two key hires: Jamie Rose-Walker has been appointed head of super prime lettings, while William Ridge joins the team as an associate.

With a network of over 30 branches across London, including 10 in Prime Central London, Chestertons runs one of the capital’s largest lettings operations and it launched its Super Prime Lettings department last year to focus specifically on high-value lettings.

Appointed to lead the team, Rose-Walker has been at Chestertons since 2020 when he joined the company’s Kensington Lettings team. Following a successful stint there, he was promoted to take over the Notting Hill office, before joining Key Clients department, looking after some of Chestertons’ largest high-value landlord clients.

William Ridge

He commented: “Having invested heavily and consistently in its Lettings operations over the past 10 years, Chestertons has established itself as one of the most effective agents in London and I’m excited to build on this momentum and deliver a highly bespoke service that is relentlessly client-centered.”

Ridge moved to Chestertons from Draker Sloane Square, where for over four years he specialised in long and short-term lettings across Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair, Notting Hill and Marylebone.

Elliott Tooley, business development director, said: “Super prime is a strategic growth area for Chestertons. Under Jamie’s leadership and with William’s market expertise, we will further elevate our proposition and ensure we continue to outperform for clients across London’s most exclusive postcodes.”

St.John Neilson

Prime country homes specialist, Chartwell Noble, continues its expansion into the south of England with the sign up of their fifth self-employed partner agent, St.John Neilson, who has set up his own estate agency business in Marlborough and the North Wessex Downs.

Having spent over a decade advising on prime property transactions in London, Neilson brings a wealth of experience, insight and trusted client relationships to his new venture. He joins Chartwell Noble after eight years at Hamptons, and prior to that, Douglas & Gordon.

Backed by Chartwell Noble’s premium country brand and infrastructure, his new business will serve Wiltshire and West Berkshire’s premium market, offering buyers and sellers a highly personal service rooted in local understanding and national reach.

Chartwell Noble provides the perfect platform to do that, combining independence with the support of an experienced, forward-thinking brand.”

Ross D’Aniello, CEO and co-founder of Chartwell Noble, added: “St. John is an exceptional agent and the perfect fit for Chartwell Noble. His deep-rooted local knowledge, proven track record in the prime property market, his energy and entrepreneurial drive make him the perfect partner.

“He embodies the values and ambition we seek, and we’re excited to see the significant impact he’ll make in the market. His appointment also marks an exciting step in our continued growth across the South and reflects our mission to back talented agents in building successful, locally-rooted businesses under a premium brand.”
