Lomond has completed its sixth acquisition of 2025, with the purchase of eddisonwhite Ltd, an independent agency based in South London.
The purchase will see Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH), owned by Lomond, expand its presence in the Merton area, where eddisonwhite has operated for over two decades.
Founded in 2003 by Richard Eddison, eddisonwhite has grown to three offices in Colliers Wood, Wimbledon, and Morden. The agency has built a longstanding presence in the local area, with involvement in community initiatives such as local sports and public space projects.
The deal is part of Lomond’s ongoing expansion strategy and follows a series of acquisitions across the UK earlier this year.
John Ennis, chief revenue officer, said: “We are excited to welcome on board the clients, customers and staff of eddisonwhite who have operated fomany years in South West London, right in the heartland of KFH. They are a natural fit for the brand, emphasising the same personal service and local knowledge for which KFH is best known.”
Richard Eddison, founder and director of eddisonwhite, commented: “After many years dedicating myself to the local community as a proud independent agent, the time has come to hand the reins to an organisation that is equipped to help steer and support our clients through the changing property landscape.
“After experiencing the core values and ethos of KFH first-hand early in my own career, there’s no doubt in my mind that it’s the perfect fit for eddisonwhite’s next step.”
