Strutt & Parker hires new super prime associate

Strutt & Parker has appointed Minnie Stainrod as associate for super-prime lettings within its national lettings division.
Stainrod joins from UK Sotheby’s International Realty, where she served as lettings director, and previously worked as a negotiator at Knight Frank’s Kensington office.
In her new role, she will work alongside Gabby Gyngell, senior associate director, linking the firm’s super-prime lettings teams with clients across London and the wider UK.
She will also support the agency’s national country house department, which specialises in properties valued at £2.5m-plus.
Stainrod said: “In super-prime markets, landlords and homeowners alike are driven to achieve the most from their asset both in the long and medium term. Working alongside both the sales and lettings teams at Strutt & Parker presents an exciting opportunity to assist our clients in looking beyond the immediate; offering alternative solutions provided by the demand for super-prime lettings both within and outside London.”
