The fund will invest in private equity, private credit, private infrastructure, and private real estate
Deutsche Bank, DWS and Partners Group launched an evergreen private markets Eltif for investing in private equity, private credit, private infrastructure, and private real estate (press release).
The fund will carry on direct investments, co-investments, subscribe evergreen instruments, primary and secondary deal and allocate its resources in solutions that Partners Group and operators selected.
Partners Group (PG) will act as strategic manager and portfolio manager for the fund. In 2001, the firm pioneered the launch of private markets evergreen vehicles and in 2017 created the first unlisted assets ELTIF. PG has a solid reputation of provider of innovative portfolio solutions. DWS is the asset management unit of Deutsche Bank and will act as the fund’s formal manager (AIFM – Alternative Investment Fund Managers).
The open evergreen vehicle is compliant with the European legislation Eltif 2.0 and from 4Q25 it will be available only to professional and qualified retail investors. The fund allows the subscription and redemption of tickets on a quarterly basis subject to a minimum initial holding period and the communication of notice.
