Chestertons appoints new regional director for lettings division

Chestertons has appointed Nikki Smyth as its North & East London regional director for its lettings division.
Smyth forged her career at Foxtons, where she spent 10 years as lettings manager. From there she enjoyed senior positions at John D Wood and Stirling Ackroyd.
She now joins Chestertons after a four-year stint at Stirling Ackroyd, where she oversaw 13 offices across London as one of the company’s most successful Regional Directors.
Chestertons’ North & East region runs from Canary Wharf through to Islington, Hampstead and Maida Vale and includes some of the company’s largest and most successful offices.
Smyth commented: “With arguably the most experienced lettings specialists in London, a trusted and respected brand and a fantastic office network covering some of the most popular areas of London, I am incredibly excited to be joining Chestertons.

The Perspective Group welcomes Ros Day as client relationship director

The Perspective Group, a newly launched brand bringing together Mortgage Perspective, Property Perspective, New Homes Perspective, and Perspective Purchase, has announced the return of Ros Day as client relationship director.
Day is no stranger to Property Perspective, having worked with the business previously. With a career spanning the property, PropTech, and new homes sectors, she brings a proven track record in strategic account management, revenue growth, and client-focused solutions.
In her new role, Day will be responsible for strengthening relationships with housebuilders nationwide, supporting existing clients, and helping new partners benefit from the group’s full range of services.

Allison Homes South West strengthens land team with two senior appointments

Allison Homes South West has made two senior appointments to strengthen its land team as it accelerates its regional expansion.
James Morgan joins as land and partnerships director and James Winfield as land and partnerships manager. Their arrival follows the recent appointment of David Hynda as sales director.
With more than 15 years’ industry experience, Morgan brings with him a strong track record, having led land acquisition programmes that secured over £200m of development land in the South West. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for transactions worth in excess of £1bn.
He said: “My priority is to secure a robust land pipeline to underpin the business plan in the short to medium term, while also building the partnerships and future opportunities that will allow the region to scale significantly over the next five years. Our recent acquisitions at Longmoor and Congresbury demonstrate the progress we’ve already made and provide the foundation for us to drive growth at pace.”
Winfield has been with Allison Homes since 2020. Having started as a graduate land buyer in Peterborough, he quickly progressed to land manager following a series of successful acquisition and partnership deals.
Originally from Cirencester, he has has relocated back to the South West to take up his new position. He said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to return to my home region at a time when Allison Homes South West is on a rapid growth trajectory. My priority is to secure immediate land opportunities with planning consent so we can deliver homes quickly and help build on the strong momentum the business has already achieved.”
