Chestertons appoints new regional director for lettings division

Nikki Smyth

Chestertons has appointed Nikki Smyth as its North & East London regional director for its lettings division.

Smyth forged her career at Foxtons, where she spent 10 years as lettings manager. From there she enjoyed senior positions at John D Wood and Stirling Ackroyd.

She now joins Chestertons after a four-year stint at Stirling Ackroyd, where she oversaw 13 offices across London as one of the company’s most successful Regional Directors.

Chestertons’ North & East region runs from Canary Wharf through to Islington, Hampstead and Maida Vale and includes some of the company’s largest and most successful offices.

Smyth commented: “With arguably the most experienced lettings specialists in London, a trusted and respected brand and a fantastic office network covering some of the most popular areas of London, I am incredibly excited to be joining Chestertons.

“Landlords, tenants and agents alike are facing a number of challenges as the industry adapts to changing market conditions, shifting demand patterns and the upcoming Renters Rights Bill, but Chestertons has the right resources, experience and expertise that will enable us to navigate these changes effectively and to the benefit of our clients and customers.”
