BeBeez Trading Floor roundup with eToro support about the performances of private capital firms listed on global exchanges.

Traders may take profits out of the sale of private capital stocks such as Nyse-listed Brookfield Asset Management (+6.1%) and Nyse-listed Brookfield Corp (+5.9%) that gained benefit from Fed’s 25 bps interest rate cuts. In the last six months, Brookfield AM market capitalization grew by 21% despite the absence of price sensitive news.

Models based on price/earnings analysis as well as those based on Discounted Cash Flow indicate that Brookfield AM current stock price is in the region of 10% higher than the value based on the firm’s actual financial performance. The Canadian financial company is one of the bigger global investors in data centers. The demand for such assets is growing exponentially. In August 2025, Brookfield said it was going to invest 10 billion US Dollars in the development of a Swedish mega digital infrastructure.

NYSE-listed Apollo Global Management (+4.8%) said it signed an agreement with German investment platform Trade Republic (more than 150 billion euros under management) for granting retail clients with private markets access (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Market participants think that such a retailization partnership will allow Apollo to grow its aum and the fees income.

The firm also attracted the investors’ money after rumours saying that it could fetch 1.5 billion US Dollars out of the sale of Yahoo! and America Online, two iconic dotcom companies that Apollo acquired in 2021 from Verizon.

The share price of NYSE-listed TPG Inc. rose by 4.3% in light of technical factors, such as the sharp drop (22%) in open bearish positions and at the same time the increase in long positions on the stock, also following the increase in the quarterly dividend from 0.41 to 0.59 US Dollars.

NYSE-listed FS KKR Capital Group (-9.6%), a mid-market private credit subsidiary of KKR, plunged as investor fear a dividend cut as a consequence of the downward path that US rates may take.
