AZ Real Estate has launched a new UK-wide hybrid estate agency platform as it looks to capitalise on the continued growth of the self-employed agency sector.
The new venture, AZ Alliance, aims to provide experienced agents with the tools, brand, and support to operate independently while benefiting from the backing of an established firm.
The company has provisionally confirmed its first signing — a well-established agent currently at JLL — who is expected to join the platform in the coming days. An official announcement is said to be imminent.
“AZ Alliance is about giving agents the freedom to be entrepreneurs without being alone,” said founder and CEO of AZ Real Estate, Alisa Zotimova.
The current hybrid model has two offerings: Build (aimed at agents with 1+ year experience) and Elevate (for agents with 3+ years of experience.
“Having successfully transitioned from big corporate agency life to launching and building a strong track record with AZ Real Estate, we’re now creating a space where agents can flourish, supported by a brand that values integrity, excellence, and human connection, backed by the experience of a team that has walked the walk,” Zotimova added.
