Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Zentiva Group a.s (Zentiva), a leading European generics pharmaceutical company, as lead lawyer for Zentiva on its sale to GTCR LLC (GTCR), as well as certain shareholders on their reinvestment.
Prague-based Zentiva is dedicated to improving health and wellbeing across generations, focusing on the development, production and delivery of high-quality, affordable medicines to more than 100 million people in over 30 countries.
