Savills has retained its position as The Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property for the 19th consecutive year, a position it has held since the category’s inception in 2007.
The awards reflect feedback from on campus interviews with over 14,000 final year students at the UK’s leading universities.
The firm also ranked 90th in the Times Top 100 Employers, improving its position by seven places since last year. Savills also remains the only real estate company to feature.
James Sparrow, CEO of Savills UK and EMEA, said: “The fact that we have once again retained our position as the Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property for the 19th consecutive year is testament to the dedication of the future talent team. It is their commitment to creating a best in class programme that ensures we continue to attract the very best people to the business.”
Naomi Chandler, head of the future talent team, added: “We are incredibly proud to have taken home this accolade once again, especially as it is decided by students applying for the scheme. At Savills, it remains our number one priority to nurture and retain talent to ensure that our graduates get the very best start to their career and keeping this award for another year is a real endorsement of this.”
