Strutt & Parker appoints Claire Reynolds as UK head of sales

Strutt & Parker has announced the appointment of Claire Reynolds to the newly created role of UK head of sales, residential.
Reynolds has over 20 years’ experience in the luxury real estate market and joins from UK Sotheby’s International Realty, where she was managing partner.
Prior to this, Reynolds held the position of co-head of prime central London at Savills where she also sat on the UK Residential Operations Board.
Working closely with head of residential, Guy Robinson, Reynolds will use her considerable experience and highly respected reputation to drive sales nationally, especially in London’s prime and super prime residential markets.

Reapit appoints Patrick Aalbers as chief marketing officer

Reapit has announced the appointment of Patrick Aalbers as chief marketing officer (CMO).
Aalbers joins Reapit with more than 20 years of experience leading marketing at high-growth SaaS companies. Most recently, he served as CMO at Aareon Group, a major property management software provider.
As CMO, Aalbers will lead Reapit’s global marketing strategy, overseeing brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications. He will focus on strengthening Reapit’s market position, aligning marketing with sales, and supporting the company’s FY26 growth goals.

Homes for Students appoints new commercial director

Homes for Students (HFS) has appointed Matthew Davies as its new Commercial Director to help bolster the business and support its growth ambitions. Matthew has joined in a milestone year for the purpose build student accommodation specialist, as HFS celebrates a decade in business this year.
Matthew brings with him over 20 years of experience across finance and operations, most recently spending 17 years at major network operator O2 in a variety of senior leadership roles. His career has included positions in commercial finance and financial planning, as well as operational leadership roles such as Head of Value Management and Head of Customer Service.
Commenting on his appointment, Matthew said: “HFS has already been on an amazing journey of growth in the past 10 years, and I’m really excited about helping us fulfil our ambitions in the next decade. I’ll work closely with stakeholders and operational partners to lead initiatives that will help to continue this growth trajectory and deliver a strong performance for the benefit of residents, clients, investors and our team.”
Matthew also has experience in managing the financial mechanisms of a 10-year strategic partner contract and providing governance across operational functions. He will work out of the business’s Harrogate office.
