The firm’s Eltif NB Private Equity Open Access reached the first fundraising closing of 110 million euros
NB Global Private Equity Access, an evergreen fund that is part of Neuberger Berman, has aum of above one billion US Dollars, and attracted the resources of and retail institutional investors and brokers (press release).
Neuberger also said that in June 2025 it achieved its first fundraising closing of 110 million euros for NB Private Equity Open Access, its second evergreen semi-liquid vehicle ELTIF 2.0 compliant that also invests in private equity and that requires a ticket of at least 10000 euros. The fund already committed to co-invest in 16 deals with private equity firms such as Nord Anglia and Mariner Wealth Advisors and can already provide its subscriber with a diversified portfolio
NB also signed an ELTIF 2.0 partnership with LIQID, a German pioneer in digital asset management, and raised 200 million euros since the launch in May 2024 (press release).

The underlying investment strategies of Neuberger’s Evergreen and ELTIF funds leverage the robust deal flow that its dedicated private markets platform generates while managing 140 billion US Dollars in assets and analysing an average of 20 private equity transactions per week.
The funds focus on buyout opportunities, within a broad investment universe that includes companies of different sizes and sectors, with the flexibility to invest globally in Europe, North America and Asia.
Investors can also benefit from Neuberger’s experience in the management of semi-liquid vehicles and products aimed at financial intermediaries, with some 15.1 billion under management through several evergreen vehicles in private markets globally.
José Luis González Pastor, a managing director di Neuberger, said: “Access to high-quality companies and managers with a flexible approach is what sets our platform apart. Since January we made almost 25 new investments with our evergreen and ELTIF strategies, taking advantage of Neuberger’s strong relationships with private equity managers and the breadth of the investment team globally. The positive trend we saw in inflows reflects the interest of institutional, private and intermediary clients for a way to access private markets that is highly efficient and diversified, without compromising on investment quality. The strong and growing institutional investment base within the range, which provides a stable platform for individual private wealth investors, as well as the significant flow of high-quality deals that allows us to allocate capital effectively, are encouraging.”
Marco Avanzo-Barbieri, Head of Neuberger Berman Intermediary Italy added: “The interest of sophisticated investors in our evergreen platform testifies to their belief in our strategy and the flexibility these solutions offer to all types of investors. Our clients are constantly looking for efficient ways to allocate their capital and, at the same time, for solutions that reduce reinvestment risk and speed up the process of selecting and evaluating investment partners. Our size and our strategy centred on strong manager relationships allow us to be uniquely positioned to support both institutional and private investors in achieving their objectives.”
