Kremer Signs, a leading supplier of estate agency signage, has acquired Digital Office Systems, a provider of LED and digital display solutions for estate agents.
The acquisition positions Kremer as what is understood to be the UK’s first full-service signage provider for the property sector — offering everything from traditional For Sale and To Let boards to digital window displays and in-office signage.
As part of the deal, which sees all staff members from both businesses retained, Kremer becomes the exclusive UK distributor of Vitrine Media, a specialist in LED and LCD display technology for estate agency windows.
The merger combines Kremer’s experience in traditional signage with Digital Office Systems’ focus on digital solutions, giving estate agents the option to consolidate their signage needs under one provider.
Gary Gosney, managing director of Kremer Signs, commented: “This is a big moment for our industry. By combining traditional and digital signage under one roof, and with the exclusive Vitrine Media range, we’re offering estate agents the most complete signage solution in the UK.”
Gordon Coupe, former MD of Digital Office Systems and now Associate Director at Kremer Signs, added: “This merger is a natural fit. We’ve worked closely with Kremer Signs for many years and share the same commitment to innovation and service. By joining forces, we’re giving estate agents an unbeatable combination of quality, expertise, and convenience.”
