Agentic AI is one of the hottest sectors in European tech right now.
Startups in the sector have raised €2.4bn across 193 rounds so far this year, according to Sifted data, already topping the €2bn picked up over 106 rounds across the whole of 2024.
Headline-making fundraises have included Swedish vibe-coding startup Lovable’s $200m Series A in June, which came just months on from a €16m seed, and German customer service agent maker Parloa, which picked up $120m in May.
German workflow automation platform N8n caused a bidding war between top VCs, including Accel and Insight Partners, when it went out to raise a $100m+ round this month and Swedish AI legaltech Legora brought in $80m in May.
But which VCs have been behind all of those deals? Using proprietary data and confirming with the investors themselves, Sifted has put together a list of the most prolific AI agent investors of 2025.
Sifted has only counted announced deals. If you think we’ve missed any VCs, get in touch with kai@sifted.eu and let us know.
