The Stuttgart Region’s Startup Welcome Package continues to offer an unparalleled entry point for startups and young tech companies aiming to explore one of Europe’s most innovation-driven ecosystems. Programme Overview
The Startup Welcome Package is part of the Stuttgart Region’s international marketing campaign Hi Tech!, which promotes the region as an attractive location for technology professionals and entrepreneurs worldwide.
The initiative is structured in two phases: First, participants take part in a five-week online programme focused on market discovery and validation. This is followed by an on-site immersion in the Stuttgart Region, where startups gain access to local networks, potential partners, and the broader innovation ecosystem.

The programme is led by the Stuttgart Region Economic Development Corporation, with operational support from Pioniergeist.
Focus and Eligibility
Batch #9 targets early-stage tech companies operating in the IT hardware space. Specific areas of interest include:

- Any other field linked to IT hardware development
Applicants must already have initial customers in their home country. Selected participants will receive support for flight, accommodation, and coaching costs for one team member, covering both the online and in-person stages of the programme.

Since its launch in 2022, the Startup Welcome Package has hosted more than 40 startups from across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. These companies have leveraged the opportunity to explore the German market, connect with local players, and strengthen their international strategies.
