Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the lenders on a €1.37 billion refinancing for Sonnedix, a global renewable energy producer with over 4GW of operating capacity. The transaction involves refinancing 1,040MW of existing and new solar PV assets across France, Italy, Poland, and Spain.
White & Case previously advised lenders on Sonnedix’s €2.5 billion refinancing in December 2024.
