White & Case advises Committed Advisors on €227 million Peugeot Invest portfolio acquisition

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Paris-headquartered private investment firm Committed Advisors SAS on the acquisition of a significant portfolio of fund interests from Peugeot Invest for a total consideration of €227 million.

“This is the second portfolio acquisition White & Case has completed for Committed Advisors within the past 12 months, highlighting the Firm’s strength in secondaries transactions in both London and Paris,” said White & Case partner Alex Chauvin, who led for Firm’s deal team.

The portfolio comprises more than 35 private equity funds managed by 22 general partners and the transaction also involves the transfer of €68 million in unfunded commitments. The consideration will be paid in three instalments over an 18-month period.
