LRG’s Daniel Collis promoted to managing director, sales

LRG (formerly Leaders Romans Group) has promoted Daniel Collis to Managing Director, Sales, overseeing the Chancellors, Gibbs Gillespie, and Portico brands.

Collis, a long-serving member of LRG, began his career as a sales negotiator at Romans in 2005.

His most recent position was sales director at Gibbs Gillespie, where he led expansion initiatives and operational improvements across the network.

In his new post, Collis will be responsible for overseeing a network of more than 60 branches with a remit to enhance customer experience, unify operational standards and support the integration of newly acquired offices. These include the Chancellors network, which joined the Group in May 2025.

Collis has also been closely involved in several of LRG’s strategic acquisitions and office launches, known for combining commercial rigour with a people-first leadership style.

Kevin Shaw, national sales managing director at LRG, said: “I am delighted to see Dan take this next step in his career. His leadership, integrity, and drive make him ideally suited to the Managing Director role.

“Dan is both a high performer, a pleasure to work with and a natural team-builder. His promotion reflects our continued investment in developing talent from within.”

Collis added: “Having grown with the business for nearly 20 years, I’m proud to take on this new challenge at such a pivotal time in LRG’s journey.

“The opportunity to oversee Chancellors, alongside Gibbs Gillespie and Portico, opens up new markets and locations, enabling us to expand our goals.

“With a strong team around me, I look forward to continuing to raise standards and deliver great outcomes for our customers and colleagues alike.”

His role within Savills will see him focus on prime property sales within the greater Exeter area, and into East Devon and Dartmoor.

Tim Jones

Tim Jones has been appointed as an associate director within the Savills team. Originally from the South Hams, he built a career in the property sector in South West London. For Savills he will focus on the South Hams market.
