White & Case advises Inter Media and Communication on €350 Million US private placement

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Inter Media and Communication S.p.A., a subsidiary of F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A., one of the leading professional football clubs in Italy and worldwide, and its sponsor, funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., on the US private placement of €350 million senior secured notes due 2030 (the Notes).

White & Case advised Inter Media and Communication S.p.A. on the transaction’s US and Italian law aspects. The Notes were sold through a private placement to US institutional investors. BofA Securities, Inc., acted as placement agent in the transaction.

Inter Media and Communication S.p.A. was established to manage the club’s media rights and sponsorship revenues and, in 2022, issued a high yield bond that will be refinanced with the issuance of the Notes.
