Crescitalia launched a programme of SMEs loans securitization worth up to 80 million euros through Cresco spv (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The transaction will involve the corporate loans that ConfidiSystema!, Cofidi.it and GA FI Garanzia Fidi will provide in the next 12 months and for which Confidi and Fondo di Garanzia per le pmi provided a warranty. Aquanexa (Algebris Green Transition Fund) secured a 8 million euros financing from Intesa Sanpaolo and Banco BPM in support of the TEC-AM acquisition (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Aquanexa has revenues of 100 million and an ebitda of 17 million. Polo del Gusto (Illy group) secured a 6-years 7 million euros financing from Cherry Bank for which SACE Growth provided a warranty (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such proceeds in its organic growth.
