Jet HR secured a 25 million euros financing round that Base10 co-led (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such resources in upgrading its proprietary technology. Marco Ogliengo is the founder of Jet HR.
Zucchetti Hospitality acquired a majority stake in Vikey a travel tech start-up specialising in digital solutions for selfcheck-in and automated accommodation management (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Italian Angels for Growth and CDP Venture Capital sold their stakes in the company. Vikey’s founders Luca Bernardoni, Matteo Caruso, Mirko Di Veroli, Federico Raccah, Simon Raccah, and Richard Sasson will retain their management roles.
GDA Impact, an impact investing programme worth over 60 million euros that GDA Venture manages and Fondazione Social Venture Giordano Dell’Amore (FSVGDA) and Fondazione Cariplo promoted, invested of 0.5 million in WAY Experience (see here a previous post by BeBeez) Pier Francesco Jelmoni and Marco Pizzoni (CEO) founded in 2019 the Milan-based start-up that operates in the tourism and cultural sector with the aim of designing, implementing and disseminating digital projects for the public through the use of virtual reality technology.
Italian publisher Zanichelli Editore launched ZNEXT, a 60 million euros venture builder that Elena Lavezzi heads (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The fund will invest up to 0.15 million pre-seed money in startups that may also receive follow-on support. ZNEXT will also target companies with a turnover of up to 5 million and a positive ebitda. Ferrante Enriques, a shareholder of Zanichelli Editore, developed the ZNEXT project. Irene Enriques is the coo of Zanichelli.
