Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised SEB on its issuance of €500 million bonds with a five-year maturity, which will be admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
World reference in small domestic equipment, SEB generated sales of €8.3 billion in 2024 and has more than32,000 employees worldwide. SEB shares are listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
The net proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes. This will allow SEB to continue diversifying its funding sources and extend the average maturity of its debt. It also contributes to the refinancing of the €500 million bond that matured on June 16, 2025.
The banking syndicate was led by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Crédit Industriel et Commercial S.A. and Natixis.
The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partners Thomas Le Vert and Tatiana Uskova and included associate Eva Brunelli Brondex.
