FASC immobiliare, the real estate unit of the Fondazione FASC, Fondo Agenti Spedizionieri e Corrieri, purchased for 51.5 million euros two floors for office use of Palazzo del Toro in Milan, a prestigious multifunctional building in Piazza San Babila 1 with a total of eleven floors (see here a previous post by BeBeez). ARECneprix (illimity group) carried on the deal. Marco Sion Raccah is the ceo of ARECneprix. Claudio Claudiani is thepresidentof Fondo Agenti Spedizionieri e Corrieri and FASC Immobiliare.
Giano, a fund that Savills Investment Management handles and in which GIC invested through P3 Logistic Parks, purchased from Officine Mak an area of over 50000 sqms in Cremona area for the start-up of a new 22000 sqm logistics development (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The new warehouse will get a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.

Lio Factory and StarTIP, part of Milan-listed Tamburi Investment Partners, are Didimora’s shareholders since November 2022. C-Home is a real estate advisory boutique firm that Chiara Conso founded. Didimora is a proptech that Benito Malaspina, Francesco Rubert and Maurizio Chisu founded in 2021.
