Spicerhaart has appointed Lee Ashley as its new residential lettings sales director.

In this newly created role, Ashley will be responsible for significantly growing the number of lettings agents across the business by a third, leading the Spicerhaart Partnership Programme, and supporting the onboarding of future acquisitions.

“Spicerhaart has really ambitious expansion plans and isn’t afraid to invest to make them happen. I’m excited about shaping the future of the business,” said Ashley. “Coming back to the high street model was also really attractive for me.”
